Growing your own vegetables

We have tidied up, painted the fences and sieved last years compost. All my new potatoes are now planted in bags and containers and we have also planted spinach beet and early lettuce.
Today we are sorting out seeds and planning where to put everything. This year we are going to grow tomatoes, sweet corn, carrots, cauliflowers, french and runner beans and really as much as we can possibly squeeze in.

This terrible disease is not going away, and it seems to me that growing your own is a no brainer. Even if you have no garden, it is amazing what you can grow in pots and bags on a window ledge.
As well as the vegetables you can eat, the garden is a wonderful place to enjoy the open air and of course you are still able to isolate yourself there.
