Making sausages and faggots

Yesterday I met my lovely daughter Lara at the Harts Barn Cookery School for this course. It was great fun with witty comments from the chef and applause when someone mastered the sausage filling machine successfully. We made several different types of sausages and of course some faggots that look scrummy. As they have to be left in the fridge for 24 hours to set properly we have not tried them yet, but tonight we will be tucking in with gusto.

This is our third lesson at the Longhope based School and I can recommend them highly
