The property is off the road, set in about an acre of garden, orchard and paddock which guests are welcome to use. Private parking for 2 cars on tarmac driveway immediately outside the unit, covered storage area for cycles, motorbikes, canoes etc. A private garden area with BBQ is for the exclusive use of guests. Guests are welcome to use about 1 acre of paddock/orchard, shared with owners.
There is open access to the brook and weir which bounds the orchard; the owner’s pets (dog and cats) have free-run of the land, and wild animals regularly visit the orchard.
